Checkpoint 360 Reports
The Checkpoint 360 Reports have full color graphs and charts as well as narrative descriptions of the results to help the manager read, understand, and effectively use the data for self-development. The report has a special personal growth section that coaches the manager and helps improve performance in development areas.
Checkpoint 360 Report (Standard):
Summarizes the results of the Checkpoint surveys that the employee, his/her boss, direct reports and peers have completed. The job performance scores are presented in graphs and numeric scales.
In a progression of increasingly detailed skills, the Checkpoint System assess 8 major Universal Management Competencies, which break down into 18 skill sets.
The report includes an Executive Summary, a Skill Set Analysis, a Reference Group Comparison, a Development Summary and more.
A "Double Boss" report is also available for situations where an employee reports to more than one person.
Checkpoint 360 Comparison Report:
Provides additional information with respect to development progress. This report reviews the changes between the previous reporting period (e.g. last year's annual review) and the current reporting period. When the average score for a Skill Set increases, this suggests a significant positive change. Conversely, when an average score decreases, this suggests that some time should be spent examining behavior in that particular area.
Organizational Management Analysis Report:
The "OMA" report presents a compilation of the information obtained from the individual Checkpoint results of a group of managers. The analysis process examines a company's culture and provides insight to the alignment of management groups with the company's goals and objectives. This information is used to analyze the human capital expectations associated with an organization's long-term strategic objectives. The report also provides an analysis of organizational development priorities and defines organization training needs.
The value of the OMA is in providing a description of "where are we now"? When you know where you are - and where you want to go - you can chart your course with confidence and certainty!
