Performance Indicator Reports

The Performance Indicator Reports are easy to read, direct and to the point. All reports are included with the Performance Indicator Assessment.

Management Report:
The PI Management Report gives you a tremendous advantage in developing the potential an employee brings to the job. It is filled with specific, individualized management suggestions for working more productively with each person you manage:

A Summary of Primary Behavioral Tendencies
- describes employee's typical behaviors in the five critical areas.

Suggestions for Increased Effectiveness
- how employee's job performance may be improved through behavior modification; several suggestions are offered for coaching and managing.

Response to Job-Related Stress, Frustration, and/or Conflict
- describes behaviors you are likely to expect from this employee in times of both normal and excessive periods of stress, frustration, and/or conflict.

Work Motivation
- describes the factors that are likely to be most effective in motivating this employee.

Motivational Energy
- describes the intensity this employee brings to the job and alerts you to opportunities for providing leadership to improve work performance.

Examples from Management Report:
Summary of Behavioral Tendencies (Productivity Section):
- is difficult to satisfy
- tends to avoid spending time on small talk and social amenities
- when time passes without getting much accomplished, may experience frustration

Suggestions for Increased Effectiveness:
- recognize the need for solid thinking about implementation with the support necessary to reach challenging goals
- guard against becoming so involved and motivated, risking setting overly optimistic goals

Individual Report:
The Individual Report provides your employees with valuable feedback - information and ideas for professional growth. It is organized in the same way as the Management Report, but written in a personalized manner.

The report is also their guide to better communication and cooperation with coworkers. It helps them understand their on-the-job attitudes, emotions and behaviors. A big employee payoff comes in building relationships, improving work performance and increasing job satisfaction.

- You can sometimes become critical of others who do not share your sense of urgency.
- You subscribe to the idea that time is money.

Suggestions for Increased Effectiveness:
- In your attempts to get immediate results, do not lose sight of the long run.
- Realize that others may need time to adjust to your quick decision-making style.
- Be sure to tell others both the positive and negative aspects concerning their performance.
