The complete One Survey Report provides a detailed overview and summary graph for each section. Derived from inferential questioning, the report fully describes attitudes toward integrity, reliability and work ethics.
The Report identifies certain issues that may be of concern to you regarding the information provided. As such, it includes structured interview questions for the employer. Asking these questions will provide critical information for making appropriate hiring decisions. The Report also includes a distortion factor - a generated numerical figure, ranging from 1 to 9, that indicates the respondent's frankness while taking this assessment. A higher score suggests greater candor.
